Delivery & returns
1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Excluding sales periods and loyalty offers reserved for Customers, any order placed on the Berteil.com website before 4 p.m. Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be prepared and dispatched within 48 hours, subject to validation. payment (see paragraph "Payment validation").
Berteil.com undertakes to deliver the items ordered and paid for by the Customer according to the following methods and delivery times:
Delivery in metropolitan France, Principalities of Monaco and Andorra:
• Tracked Colissimo: 48 to 72 hours from dispatch, Monday to Saturday
• Relais Pickup: 48h to 72h from dispatch
The Customer is required to check the condition of the items delivered.
Any anomaly concerning the articles (damage, missing article compared to the order form, damaged or open package, broken article, etc.) must be indicated within 3 days of delivery.
For any delivery, the Customer must check the contents of the package as well as the condition of the items at the Relay point before signing any delivery slip (paper or electronic). Any open, incomplete package, and/or any damaged item shall not be accepted by the Customer. The Customer will inform Berteil.com of the problem encountered.
All items offered by berteil.com are subject to the legal guarantee provided for by articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code (see paragraph “Warranty”).
Shipping costs are free for any delivery in mainland France (including Corsica and Monaco), from 50 € of purchase.
The shipping costs, for any delivery outside mainland France, will be specified to the User during the final validation of his order.
Returns and exchanges for your purchases made on the merchant site are made via your personal space on the Berteil.com site.
Return and refund : you have a 14 day delay upon delivery and receipt of your package to change your mind and return your purchases to us and receive a full refund of your purchases. For any refund request, the cost of return (return of the products) will be borne by the customer .
Return and exchange : you have a 14 day delay upon receipt of your package to exchange your products, you will benefit.
- Or a credit note for the net amount of the products you are returning, valid for 1 year.
- If it is a size change, once the product(s) have been returned, we will send you the products in the desired size (subject to availability in stock)
Once your return request has been accepted* by Berteil, prepare your package carefully by inserting your "delivery slip" in it, if you have lost it, please contact customer service. email@example.com
When returning for exchange, postage is the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and exchanges in stores are free.
* Returned products must be new, never worn (excluding short-term fittings) and in their perfectly intact original box (packaging and accessories). For basic hygiene issues, underwear (socks and underpants) cannot be exchanged if they have been opened. Only intact products, ie in their original state (in their packaging and unopened), will be accepted.
